I thought I was building walls with my "what if's."

Protected. Locked up. A safe.

Slowly, I realized. I made myself unsafe.

Air runs out when you choke your own voice.

"What if's" can't open the doors that save.

Once you run out, both missed a choice.

A choice to open that unsafe safe.

To meet "what if's" with "I trust you's," bravely gained.
